Adopting AI in four steps

Four steps, in order. Each step is one engagement. You can stop after any of them.

1. Where to use AI

AI opportunity assessment

Finds where AI is worth applying in your business, and where it is not. It results in a ranked shortlist and a build brief your own team can run.

2. Build one workflow

Pilot build

One workflow taken from brief to production. An evaluation suite shows whether it beats the baseline, and when it starts to drift.

3. Secure it

Secure AI design

Architecture and threat modelling for AI systems that handle company data or act on it. Data flows, trust boundaries and tool permissions, settled at design time.

What this engagement covers →

Customer security diligence

The AI section of a customer security questionnaire, answered with evidence. Kept current, so the next one costs a fraction of the first.

We do not do offensive work. No penetration testing, no red teaming, no adversarial engagements. We will recommend firms that do. We cannot certify SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001.

4. Lead it over time

Fractional AI lead

Ongoing technical direction for teams past their first AI project. It ends with the hire who takes over.

Start with a conversation

Send the work you want to automate, the system you want reviewed, or the questionnaire. If we are not the right firm for it, we will say so in the first reply and suggest who might be.
